Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and/or participating in The Glutes Lab (live intensive and associated digital materials), you agree to the following:

Health and participation
You confirm that you are medically able to begin a new exercise program and that you have no condition that would make participation unsafe. You agree to stop if you experience sharp, escalating, or unusual symptoms and to seek medical care as needed. It is your responsibility to communicate any special needs, requests, or concerns to Holly K. Chiodo at pilatestherapist@gmail.com.

No medical or physical therapy services
This training and its materials are educational and informational only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized physical therapy, nor a substitute for care from your licensed provider.

Assumption of risk and release
You voluntarily participate at your own risk and agree not to hold The Pilates Athlete, PLLC, liable for any injury or exacerbation arising from participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless The Pilates Athlete, PLLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation or use of the content.

Intellectual property
All content is the intellectual property of The Pilates Athlete, PLLC. Your purchase grants a single, non‑transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, copy, reproduce, resell, or otherwise use any materials without prior written consent.

Digital access and recordings
If a replay or digital materials are provided, access is for your personal use only and may be hosted via third‑party platforms. Availability may be subject to those platforms’ functionality and policies.

No refunds, transfers, or credits
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of materials and the limited‑capacity format of the live intensive, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including schedule conflicts or non‑participation. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full.

Changes, rescheduling, or cancellation by us
If we reschedule, your ticket will be moved to the new date and you’ll receive access to the replay if provided. If we cancel, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or participate. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate, digital nature of our programs and the limited-capacity format of our live intensives, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or credits for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-participation.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

Digital programs deliver instant access. Once purchased, access cannot be revoked, and no refunds will be issued.
Live intensives reserve a limited seat. Your purchase holds a spot and materials; tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment plans, if selected, must be completed in full regardless of participation. If we reschedule an event, your ticket will be moved to the new date, or you’ll receive access to the replay if one is provided. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
